We use an integrated strength-based solution-focused approach to address issues and believe counseling is a collaborative effort between you and the counselor. We are passionate about empowering people to find peace, fulfillment, and balance even amidst life’s most challenging circumstances. We work with children/adolescents, teens, adults, and couples. We provide individual counseling, group therapy, and educational classes.
We believe in providing thorough, specialized care that will promote long-term solutions. We do extensive trauma work (EMDR), including sexual trauma, and grief counseling. We also work with those suffering from addiction and the partners and families that suffer alongside them.
Clients say they feel unconditional acceptance and benefit immensely from the non-judgmental safe space they experience in sessions. We are in-network with Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Health Choice, United Health Care, SoonerCare, Tricare, and others. We also offer a sliding scale for those without insurance.
