You are unique. You have your own needs, goals, and strengths. Together, we can use your unique wisdom to solve problems, heal emotional pain and build your relationships in a safe and nurturing environment.
I will assist and support you as you discover how to overcome pain and limiting experiences from your past and find answers that are right for you. You can find empowerment, new insight, self-compassion, and perspective to heal your past and move into the future you deserve.
I offer both online and in-person sessions. I work with individuals, couples, families, and teens throughout the state of California using a solution-focused and strength-based approach to bring comfort, peace, and joy into your life.
