I am passionate about full mind-body-spirit wellness, particularly in the healthcare and corporate settings as a Certified Wellness Coach.  I use a combined style of Motivational Interviewing and Solution Focus Based Coaching methods to help clients transform themselves on their own path to lifelong wellness.

I am available by appointment for one-on-one or group coaching.  I work mainly by phone, Zoom, Skype or similar.  If you are in the Greater Seattle area, I can arrange for in-person meetings as well.

I also love to do workshop/presentations for workplace wellness.
