Everyone experiences times in their lives when they are not the best version of themselves. Taking the steps to be at your best can be difficult and overwhelming. Talking to someone and engaging in some physical activity can make the journey easier. I offer walk/run and talk therapy. I have experience working with individuals struggling with different life issues, concerns, and stressors such as anxiety, depression, substance misuse. I enjoy supporting individuals who have experienced perinatal loss or facing an unplanned pregnancy.
