LPC

I am a  licensed professional counselor and a graduate of Our Lady of the Lake University where I obtained my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Individual and Family Therapy. I am dedicated to helping others achieve stability and well-being. I believe that children and adults who have experienced trauma have developed insight into the level of resilience they have and how strong they are. My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable and non-judgmental environment where clients can find tools they can use to manage symptoms and cope with challenges. I am trained in post-modern approaches including Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Collaborative Therapy. I have experience in helping people with PTSD, severe trauma, physical and sexual abuse, and severe mental illness, including; depression, schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. Fluent in English and Spanish.
