I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA. I feel the therapeutic relationship is about others personal growth. I enjoy working with individuals as they find the areas in their lives that are not working so well and see how we can encourage increased positive outlooks in facing the new challenges. Making the decision to work with a therapist is not an easy one. There are times it can feel uncomfortable being asked to share your personal experiences with someone you have never met before.  I work to create a safe and nurturing environment during sessions. I feel that people will only consider change when they accepted for who they are.
