I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor based in Salt Lake City, Utah. I feel the therapeutic experience I engage in, is about others personal growth. I like working with individuals in assisting them in finding the areas in their life that are not working so well and see how we can best move forward to encourage growth. Making a decision to work with a therapist is not an easy one. there are times it can feel uncomfortable being asked to share your personal experiences with someone you have never met before. Because of this feeling I practice to not judge the choices or events of peoples lives.
